Jeff Howell graduated from the
University of Arizona with a degree in Computer Graphic Design.
Although his first love was acting, he knew another trade would get
him through the "rough times." So with a degree in his
pocket and a dream to pursue, Jeff moved to California. In this new
locale he had the opportunity to expand his acting career...and in a
relatively short time, found success.
Jeff Howell has appeared in magazines, industrials, Internet
sites, commercials, television and films including Titanic.
"Taking direction from Jim (Cameron) and working alongside the
entire cast was a truly memorable and educational experience,"
Jeff said.

| Now on board
with The T Channel, Jeff enjoys exploring the role of
"Winslow" on Help Me, Mr. Wizard. Playing the part of a
computer expert, Jeff is able to pull from his computer design
skills to add to the character. "Many of the questions we get
on the show are ones I could answer fairly intelligently," Jeff
commented. "Winslow is a great character to play, because he's
really a part of me, with a few added quirks for entertainment
value," he jokingly adds.
Whether Jeff is actually "Winslow" or not, Help Me, Mr.
Wizard is a perfect guide to truly understanding the computer world.
In addition, the Internet is a great place to gather information,
resources and entertainment. Jeff shared with us a few of his
favorite sites including:
On the same note, Winslow added that HotWired,
ZDNet and Active
Worlds are among his favorites. |
